Rates:
$150 per 50-minute session for individuals $150 per 60-minute session for couples

Insurance:
I do not work directly with insurance providers, but I will provide you with a billing statement at the end of each month that you may submit directly to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

Sliding Scale:
Sliding Scale services are available on a limited basis.

Payment:
Cash and checks are accepted for payment at the time that services are rendered. 

Cancellation Policiy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
